Dr. Michael Robinson
MIBE Executive Director
Mike serves as the MIBE Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer at Old Dominion University's Virginia Modeling, Analysis and Simulation Center (VMASC) and works on evacuation models for emergencies that force community evacuations, including natural disasters and man-made events such as terrorist attacks. Mike is a retired Naval Officer who served onboard nuclear submarines.
He holds a Ph.D. in Modeling and Simulation from Old Dominion University, and M.S. in Physics from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a B.S. in Political Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.

Russell Czack
Deputy Director
Russell recently retired from the U.S. Navy as a Commander in the Supply Corps and brings over 25 years of experience in supply chain management and business analysis to the MIBE team.
Russell has an M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University, an M.B.A. from National University, and a B.F.A from the University of Florida.

Robert Allen Baker
Strategic Planning Lead
Allen has more than 30 years’ experience in delivering innovative technologies, with emphasis on mission-based approaches to technology integration program planning and management and related policy formation, program health, and process improvements.
Allen has degrees from Washington U. – St. Louis, UCLA and Harvard

Jason Dudley
MIBE Talent Pipeline Training Coordinator
Jason is an enthusiastic educator that has successfully developed and delivered honors level math courses at the middle school level, taught Hampton’s S.T.R.E.A.M. Summer Program for three years, and has mentored several new teachers.
Jason holds a Collegiate Professional License with 6-8 Mathematics, Algebra 1, and Visual Arts (PreK-12) endorsements. He also possesses a Master’s in Education with Mathematics Specialist Endorsement from Old Dominion University, and a B.S. in Christian Ministry from Lee University.
