Russell recently retired from the U.S. Navy as a Commander in the Supply Corps and brings over 25 years of experience in supplychain management and business analysis to the MIBE team. A native of Cleveland, OH, Russell attended the University of Florida and Syracuse University.

Operation NEXT Program Coordinator
Kevin was born and raised in Panama City Beach, FL. After high school, he served ten years in the U.S. Navy as a Helicopter Rescue Swimmer, fulfilling his passion for thrill and adventure. Kevin was a Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape Instructor (S.E.R.E.) for the Navy and Marine Corps in Maine in his last three years of active duty. Kevin attended Old Dominion University and has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Technical Studies.
Prior to joining the MIBE team, Stephanie was employed with Newport News Shipyard for nine years, where she supported Carrier Overhaul contracts through the daily development and maintenance of the production schedules, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and process improvements to ensure all Carrier Overhaul schedules were predictive models and EVMS was compliant with contract guidelines. Stephanie has an MBA from Benedictine University, Professional Certificate in Systems Engineering from ODU, and Bachelors of Science in Political Science from UNCG.
